We are looking for an experienced customer service provider who can assist us with face-to-face servicing and management of claims. 

About the role: 

Join our dynamic ServicePlus team!

As a key member of the Service Plus team, you'll provide excellent customer service to our members on a day-to-day basis. Additionally, you will be upskilled in claims as a secondary duty to support the wider Hostplus Service team.

You’ll report in to both the ServicePlus & Claims Manager, actively contributing to both functions. Join us in shaping a positive and efficient claims experience for Hostplus members. 

About you:  

The ideal candidate will have experience in these areas: 

Customer Service:  

  • If you've excelled in customer service within retail, hospitality, or call centers, we're interested, especially if you've had exposure to financial services!
  • A knack for communication? We're after someone who can engage with anyone on a variety of topics
  • Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment? We're looking for someone who can handle multiple tasks effectively
  • Building rapport comes naturally to you, whether it's with colleagues or customers
  • Familiarity with superannuation, insurance, or advice models is a plus
  • A friendly, caring demeanour is essential

Claims: 

  • Although it is desirable to have claims experience it is not a requirement. 
  • Through on the job training you will be coached in the claims process. 

We welcome applicants from Hospitality, Retail, Contact/Call Centres and other customer facing industries. It is important that you have previously worked in an environment with competing priorities.
