Join our Business Activation team and craft marketing campaigns that connect Australian workers with superannuation solutions for their financial future. You'll reach B2B audiences including employers and financial intermediaries, directly influencing how customers experience Hostplus throughout their retirement journey.

The opportunity

This role offers the perfect blend of creativity, strategy, and meaningful impact. You'll manage diverse marketing campaigns across multiple channels while collaborating with internal teams to enhance customer experiences and drive business growth. Every day you’ll:

  • Lead marketing support for key projects across Client Relationships, New Business, and Intermediary Distribution teams while learning from experienced professionals in the dynamic superannuation sector
  • Create compelling marketing briefs and bring campaigns to life that directly help Australians secure their retirement future
  • Analyse campaign performance and drive strategic improvements, building your expertise across multiple marketing disciplines
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop innovative customer journey solutions in a culture that values unity, authenticity, and ambitious thinking
  • Ensure brand alignment and compliance across diverse projects from creative campaigns to strategic analysis

About you

You're a marketing professional with B2B experience who thrives in a collaborative environment. You have a keen eye for detail and the strategic mindset to see the bigger picture. You'll bring:

  • Experience with proven campaign management across various channels
  • Outstanding organisational and planning skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
  • Excellent writing and communication abilities that bring campaigns to life
  • A strategic and analytical approach to measuring marketing outcomes and driving improvements
  • Experience in superannuation or financial services with working knowledge of compliance requirements in regulated industries (Highly regarded)
