The Opportunity
HCA has an exciting opportunity for a personable Administration Manager to join our Townsville leadership team. This position will be best suited to a self-motivated strategic multitasker with a demonstrated ability in managing a large financial portfolio and large office management responsibilities effectively.
Reporting directly to the Branch Manager, this role will have you leading end to end financial and administrative services to support branch operations.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Receivable and payable experience reviewing accounts and credit limits as per company procedure
- Maintain and ensure compliance of company quality assurance systems and ensure QA audits are completed
- Lead and mentor administration team taking action to evaluate work performance and training requirements
- Ensure staff coordinate and maintain service department site inductions and competencies, and that branch-training activities are coordinated
- Dynamics 365 experience - preferred not essential
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills to meet deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy is essential to provide a high standard of quality work
