The Opportunity

Our Gunnedah branch is currently looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team in the position of Receptionist. This is a fantastic opportunity for you to learn and grow your skills within a global organization as you will be based front of house and be the first point of contact for multiple departments.

Reporting to the Administration Manager, you will receive OEM level training and continue to: 

  • Receive & direct incoming phone calls and visitors in a polite and courteous manner.
  • Maintain the confidentiality and correctly file correspondence and other documents.
  • Update and maintain databases such as visitor & contractor inductions & in house systems.
  • Ensure front of house and shared spaces are always neat, tidy and sufficiently stocked with supplies.
  • Coordinate the maintenance of branch facilities.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have: 

  • A positive, friendly attitude and the ability to take initiative in a goal-orientated and busy team.
  • Excellent communication skills with a confident level of computer literacy.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a genuine desire to build good relationships and help other team members in providing end to end administrative support.
  • A keen initiative to be flexible in a fast-paced environment and strategically multi-task.
