The Opportunity

HCMO is seeking an experienced Procurement Administrator to support our Dealers and overseas suppliers of construction and mining equipment. Based at our Parramatta Head Office, this role is key in ensuring smooth procurement operations and supplier coordination.

Reporting to the Procurement and Process Manager, your key responsibilities will be:

  • Maintain purchase orders and equipment records in database management system
  • Maintain shipping documentation/records and take forward cover with finance
  • Process equipment quotes and place orders on behalf of dealers
  • Maintain transfer pricing for dealers
  • Reconcile /monitor monthly dealer orders
  • Invoice monthly equipment rentals
  • Identification of continuous improvements within your area of responsibility

To be successful in your application, you will need a high level of motivation, initiative and attention to detail to assist with our dealer requests. You will also have:

  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
  • Analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • A few years of work experience, working in a similar role is advantageous
