The Opportunity
We are currently seeking Microsoft Dynamics Functional Business Analyst to be based in our new and modern Parramatta CBD Oceania head office.
HCMO is an extensive user of Dynamics F&O, with circa 1500 users across Australia and New Zealand. In this role, you will be part of the in house Dynamics 365 support (DMS) team, and work closely with the in house D365 technical consultants to resolve 1st and 2nd level support issues raised by our end users.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Functioning as the 1st and 2nd level support for end user support issues
- Designing business processes in D365 F&O.
- Engaging with end users and resolving support issues based on the SLAs defined
- Engaging with the D365 F&O developer to investigate and complete root cause analysis on support issues
- Completing the FDDs and securing business (end user) sign off for customisations/modifications and/or business requirements for reports
Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role you will bring:
- Experienced working as a functional consultant, in the areas of Finance and supply chain with experience in Dynamics F& O(D365)
- Certified in D365 F&O functional application areas including but not limiting to finance and supply chain along with the process automation within D365
- Experienced in documenting business requirements and preparing Functional Design Document
- Experienced writing test cases and working with business users to complete end to end functional and regression testing Experience with SQL Server
- Previous Experience in 1st and 2nd level support consultant
