About the Opportunity

HCA's Emerald branch has an exciting opportunity for a motivated, energised, and well-presented team player to join the team in the position of Receptionist / Administration. Reporting to the Administration Manager this full-time role will have you providing end to end administrative support to the branch.

About the Role

  • Manage phone calls, emails, and in-person enquiries professionally and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organised reception.
  • Process daily banking.
  • Process Accounts Payable & Receivable.
  • Scanning & filing of branch documents as required.
  • Involvement with WHS practices.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks as required.
  • Supplier and Contractor Record Management

About You

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar position will be highly regarded but not essential.
  • A positive “glass half full” attitude and a willingness to be part of the team.
  • Strong Verbal & Written Communication Skills.
  • Competent level of computer literacy (eg. Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint).
  • Initiative to multi-task office support efficiently and effectively.
