The Opportunity
HCA’s Newcastle Branch has an opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join us in the position of Branch Administrator on a 12-month fixed term contract.
Reporting to the Branch Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:
- Process purchase orders and vendor invoices
- Processing Service Department work orders
- Coordinate the processing of timesheets and payroll support
- Maintaining branch records and documents
- Compile information required for internal & external audits
- Managing use and bookings of office facilities and coordinating meeting schedules for internal and external users
- Branch reception duties including answering & directing calls
- Assist in other general branch administrative duties
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role
- Previous experience with similar OEM Work Order processing, advantageous.
- Experience or exposure to maintaining fleet vehicles and/or Payroll experience, advantageous.
- High attention to detail and level of accuracy
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated experience using MS Office, including Word and Excel
- The ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
