Description

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop an overarching content framework and content pillars to guide customer conversations during awareness, consideration, and decision phases

• Create a coherent messaging and voice across all channels for any campaign

• Perform regular reviews of the company's web properties to ensure content accuracy, timeliness, and relevance.

• Align with the corporate brand team on brand guidelines. Create brand messaging for business brand specific to segments and geographies.

• Own our email creation process – provide recommendations on language, templates, placements, and CTA to improve open rates and click through rates

• Make sure that all content is available for the right audiences on the right content management systems

• Make sure that all content is following legal and vendor recommendations.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in digital content creation and management.

• 5 to 7 years' experience in content creation and management within the B2B environment, with demonstrated achievements and progressive responsibilities.

• Experience in managing content lifecycles including daily content publishing.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; excellent information organization skills; effective research and writing practices.

• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects of varying scope and priority.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Detail-oriented.

• Industry experience in telecom, IOT will be a plus

• Must be a pro-active and self-motivated individual with proven ability working with people at varying organizational levels
