Project Overview: Work with the Wealth Management team to provide advisory support to NT Clients.
Contractor’s Role: The contractor will work as a support member and a front-line relationship manager. This contractor will serve clients with AUM totaling $3 billion and corresponding revenue of $16 million.
Experience Level: Entry
Qualifications:
• Microsoft office suite
• Strong oral and written communication
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Willingness to provide client support over-the phone
Nice to Haves:
• Client Facing Experience- past experience as an account or front-line relationship manager is a great fit
• Candidate who is interested in working in Financial Services- degrees in business, finance, or economics are an added plus
Tasks & Responsibilities:
• Assist with Internal Processing for client payments
• Work with back-office on account-opening
• Responsible for servicing clients and partners by responding to inquiries about the bank's products and services.
• Responds to the inquiries by providing the requested information, or referring the inquiry to the appropriate area for resolution.
• Communicates with clients regarding products and services.
• Researches and resolves inquiries and communicates resolution to appropriate parties.
• Calls clients to assist with wire transfers
