Innova Solutions is immediately hiring a contractor for an open Clinical Trial Agreement Expert role.


To qualify for the role, you must have

  • Bachelors/Master’s degree and Law degree (LLB or LLM) from accredited, reputable institutions
  • Attorney with 4-10 years of relevant Clinical Trial Agreement review, redlining and negotiation experience (preferably in a multinational corporation, in-house legal team or law firm handling similar work)
  • Strong subject matter expertise with respect to Clinical Trial Agreements
  • Strong Contract negotiation expertise (both legal and business issues).
  • Specific experience in training is attractive but not essential.

Your key responsibilities

  • Provide subject matter expert guidance on creating a negotiation aid for Clinical Trial Agreements
  • Create initial drafts of life sciences contracts, specifically Clinical Trial Agreements
  • Use current quality processes to ensure work by the EY team is completed according to the client’s standards, but also takes feedback from the client and learnings to develop and implement additional quality checks

Skills and attributes for success

  • Strong subject matter expertise with respect to Clinical Trial Agreements
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Strong presentation and training skills; project-specific training is a core responsibility

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range*: $58-$87 per hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.


Duration: 8 weeks, starting 12/18
