Administrative Assistant - Global Trade Management Team

Pay Rate: $24/hr

Schedule: Part Time Contract till March 2024. Roughly 15-25 hours a week. Flexible scheduling

We are seeking a skilled and organized Administrative Assistant to join our Global Trade Management team based in Mentor, Ohio. As the Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our team, ensuring smooth operations, and contributing to the success of our projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organizational and clerical skills, who thrives in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general clerical support to the Global Trade Management team, including filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
  • Run reports for analysts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in the delivery of essential data.
  • Assist with various projects by coordinating meetings, preparing documents, and organizing project-related materials.
  • Support team members in organizing travel arrangements, meetings, and events as needed.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communication on behalf of the team, ensuring professionalism and attention to detail in all interactions.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle it with utmost discretion.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a corporate or business environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office management software.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational abilities with great attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude, proactive approach, and a willingness to learn and adapt.
