Serve as the supplier enablement contact which is the liaison between our client, their suppliers and our commercial card solutions. Establish and maintain strong relationships with assigned client accounts, Execute on identified supplier enablement strategy that will quickly and efficiently grow client card program. This role is a key contributor to the time-to-revenue cycle by focusing on growing the supplier participation which translates into growing spend through our card programs. Understand the benefits of accepting credit cards to be able to communicate the value proposition to our client's suppliers. This position will assist our clients in growing their program by making outbound calls to suppliers and describing the benefits of accepting credit card payments from our clients. Maintains high service satisfaction by following up on client and supplier inquiries, providing training to suppliers, and providing updates to our clients and internal partners.

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

  • Prefer Bachelor s degree, or equivalent work experience.
  • One or more years of customer service experience in financial services merchant services industry.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proven customer service relations skills including the ability to deal effectively, tactfully, and knowledgeably with clients, non-clients.
  • Excellent telephone skills including listening and demonstrating courtesy, empathy, and accuracy.
  • Thorough knowledge of all relevant operational processes and procedures and company products and services.
  • Proven sales skills.
  •  Has a basic understanding of merchant processing and credit card products .
  • Proficient in and able to navigate all relevant computer systems, particularly Microsoft Suite of products.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Ability to interact with all levels within our clients as well as their suppliers.
  • Ability to manage project updates on behalf of the enablement process while interfacing with our clients.
