The Opportunity

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Administrator to join our team.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Work collaboratively with the Client and Project Team to achieve project outcomes
  • Mentor and coach Commercial Team
  • Lead the project procurement strategy & procurement processes
  • Lead project Cost Management inclusive of both Head & Subcontract Variation management
  • Manage Head Contract and Subcontractor Progress claim/s
  • Manage cash flow at both Head & Subcontract
  • Preparation and presentation of Monthly Financial reports

About you:

  • 10+ years' experience within a main contractor environment
  • Proven experience working in a similar project-based contract and financial administration on other major building developments.
  • Additionally, you will be proficient across contract management and have the ability to work independently to resolve contractual issues
  • You will be self-motivated, resilient and enjoy working in a close team environment.
