As our Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll manage end-to-end recruitment across the business — from construction professionals and cadets/graduates through to corporate support — helping us build the teams that bring our projects to life.

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing end-to-end recruitment for roles including construction professionals, cadets/graduates and corporate support
  • Supporting and coaching hiring managers, and developing interview guides and other recruitment tools
  • Applying candidate assessment tools to ensure consistent, high-quality hiring decisions
  • Maintaining structured, well-documented recruitment processes with strong attention to detail at every stage
  • Implementing initiatives to improve recruitment outcomes and candidate experience, including diversity and inclusion strategies
  • Managing relationships with recruitment agencies
  • Coordinating pre-commencement and onboarding processes for new starters
  • Collaborating on a range of HR projects and initiatives

We are looking for team members who are flexible, adaptable and enjoy helping others, with:

  • Previous experience as a HR generalist or recruiter, ideally with experience managing high volumes of recruitment
  • A structured, detail-oriented approach with a genuine focus on quality and consistency in recruitment processes
  • Experience using psychometric or candidate assessment tools
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Sound understanding of the Fair Work Act and employment conditions
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems and MS Excel
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field preferred
