The opportunity
As an Estimating Cadet at Hindmarsh, you will have the opportunity to work with experienced mentors and learn all aspects of the estimating function. You will work collaboratively with senior members of the team to price jobs to help Hindmarsh win tenders and deliver profitable projects.
During your Cadetship, you will have the opportunity combine work and study, with flexible working arrangements and time off for study.
About you
To be considered, you will:
- Currently studying or have recently Graduated from a Degree in a Construction related discipline
- Have an interest in developing your career as an Estimator in the construction industry
- Have the ability to work as part of a team
- Have a high level of attention to detail
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Show initiative in handling and prioritising tasks and solving problems
- Solid experience in the use of MS Office suite – Word & Excel
