The opportunity

As the National Bid Manager at Hindmarsh, you will be responsible for leading the bid team to support the preparation of winning proposals and tenders for new projects.  

  • Lead and monitor the strategy for all tender documentation, design and delivery
  • Design and implement processes, guides and resources to support best practice bid production across the business
  • Manage, develop and coordinate the bid team
  • Evaluate tender requirements and coordinate tender responses and other client prospect pitch materials
  • Develop and drive tender timelines, coordinate internal stakeholders, facilitate tender team meetings
  • Develop bid and tender processes and resources including templates, standard content; including research and write non-technical or standard content; produce graphics, charts and tables
  • Support and train Hindmarsh team members in the bid and tender processes and templates  

To be considered, you will possess the following skills and experience:

  • Tertiary Qualifications in a relevant field eg Business, Communications, Marketing
  • Experience preparing bids & tenders in the Construction industry
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, InDesign, Adobe Creative
