The opportunity

We are currently seeking an experienced Contracts Manager (Project Commercial lead), reporting to the Project Manager. The role will require you to undertake both Procurement and Cost Management on an iconic project in Canberra,

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Work collaboratively with the Client and Project Team to achieve project outcomes
  • Mentor, coach and supervise Commercial Team
  • Lead the project procurement strategy & procurement processes
  • Lead project Cost Management inclusive of both Head & Subcontract Variation management
  • Manage Head Contract and Subcontractor Progress claim/s
  • Manage cash flow at both Head & Subcontract
  • Preparation and presentation of Monthly Financial reports
