The opportunity

As a Customer Service and Quality Coordinator, you will be responsible for responding to and resolving customer service enquiries relating to new properties.

This will require you to coordinate with the Construction, Development and Maintenance teams to ensure that defects are addressed.

You will also be required to:

  • Provide a high level of administration support for Quality Management Systems, QA and all related activities.
  • Monitor and manage all customer service enquiries nationally, following up and resolving matters.
  • Develop a detailed understanding of the national customer service, construction quality management and development functions at Hindmarsh.
  • Produce reports and documents.

About you

  • Previous experience in a Customer Service position.
  • Experience in a related industry, such as Construction, Property Maintenance Management or Real Estate Property Management, would be ideal.
  • Proficient with suite of Microsoft products - including Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.
  • Experience in providing customer service/ support / problem solving and resolutions involving direct interface with the public.
  • Able to build rapport quickly, with good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ideally understands or is willing to learn managing QA in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 standards
  • Someone who is organised, having exceptional time management skills.
