Join HIF as a Learning Experience Specialist to review and update our Knowledge Management System (KMS) and support the ongoing development and maturity of knowledge management across the business. This is a hybrid working opportunity, with flexible working hours.

About the role:

Join HIF as a Learning Experience Specialist to lead the ongoing development and maturity of our Knowledge Management System (KMS) and elevate knowledge management practices across the organisation. As the custodian of knowledge, you will ensure the delivery of valuable advice to HIF stakeholders whilst leading the creation, review, and development of streamlined processes, work instructions, and resource material.

There's also some essential responsibilities that will ensure your success in this role;

  • Maintain and improve current and future process and knowledge management.
  • Incorporate process improvements into work instructions and procedures.
  • Collaborate with different departments for knowledge mapping and process enhancement.
  • Provide training and make recommendations for system enhancements.
  • Manage the structure and storage of reference material within the Knowledge Management System.
  • Support learning experience initiatives, including online content development and training and workshop facilitation.
  • Promote governance, risk awareness, and information security practices.
  • Make system enhancement recommendations.
  • Manages the structure and storage of reference material within the Knowledge Management System.
  • Assistance to other stakeholders within the business by providing them with knowledge mapping and process updates.
  • Maintain KMS integrity by routinely conducting content reviews and user licence management.

What we're looking for in you:

  • Previous experience in process improvement, knowledge mapping, or similar roles preferred.
  • Experience working with Panviva would be advantageous
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to identify requirements, analyse and make recommendations for knowledge improvements and system updates.
  • Self starter with previous experience in mapping processes
  • Proficiency in data collection and analysis.
  • Familiarity with quality assurance tools and regulatory standards.
  • Ability to maintain an objective perspective and consider diverse viewpoints.
