About Your New Career

You will receive structured training, mentoring, and hands-on experience to prepare you for a successful career in new home sales. Whether you're transitioning from retail, hospitality, or another customer-focussed industry, we welcome your passion and drive.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn to guide clients through the home-building process, from their initial enquiry to partnering with head office to bring their dream home to life.
• Develop product knowledge across our home designs, inclusions, and land options
• Assist in preparing quotes and sales documentation
• Build strong relationships with clients, developers, and internal teams
• Maintain a high standard of presentation in display homes and client interactions

What We’re Looking For

• A genuine interest in property, design, and helping people
• Your personality. Be your authentic self
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivation and a desire to achieve sales targets
• Ability to work weekends and public holidays
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, or sales is highly regarded
