New Home Sales Associate - Kalkallo

We’re currently seeking a New Home Sales Associate to join our team at our Cloverton display in Kalkallo.

About Your New Career:

As our customers begin their exciting home-building journey, you’ll be a key part of their first steps. Your role will include:

• Greeting visitors at our display homes and experience centres with warmth and professionalism
• Listening to their needs and helping them navigate our homes with the right information
• Ensuring our award-winning homes and sales environments are always presented at their best
• Keeping our systems and product information up to date to support a seamless customer and sales team experience
• Following up with customers after their visit to maintain engagement and build rapport

This role requires availability for 35 hours per week, working Saturday to Wednesday from 10:30am to 6:00pm. Your rostered days off will be Thursday and Friday.

You’re enthusiastic about the property and construction industry and genuinely enjoy helping people. You’re a great listener, love connecting with others, and take pride in delivering a warm, helpful experience that supports customers in achieving their dream home.

You’re confident in both face-to-face and phone conversations, and you thrive in a team environment where collaboration and fun go hand in hand with achieving goals.
