- Deliver quality homes that enrich Victorian families and investors
- Apply your strong admin skills in a stable, values‑driven, globally backed builder.
- Collaborate to drive smooth settlements and great customer outcomes.
At Henley, we’re all about helping more Victorians step into homes they’re proud of. We’ve been doing it for over 35 years - and with the strength of the $10 billion, 330‑year Sumitomo Forestry Group behind us, we’re a builder people trust. But what really sets us apart is our people. We work together, we support each other, and we genuinely care about the customers we build for.
Our ReadyBuilt team is growing, and we’re looking for a friendly, organised Completed Homes Administrator who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys variety, loves working with people, and wants to be involved in the full lifecycle of bringing completed homes to market.
A bit about the role
You’ll be right in the middle of everything - supporting customers, coordinating with construction, collaborating with sales, and keeping the important details moving.
From pre‑administration through to settlement and post‑settlement care, you’ll be the person who helps make sure each home progresses smoothly, documentation is accurate, and customers feel supported every step of the way.
Here’s a look at what your days could involve:
Keeping the process on track
- Managing the delivery of ReadyBuilt Homes from start to finish - keeping everything organised, accurate and up to date.
- Preparing and completing key documents including colour selections, variations, and sale contracts.
- Managing key details in Dynamics - including relevant build stage dates - to ensure everyone has accurate, up‑to‑date information.
- Contributing to weekly and monthly workflow tasks to support meeting business targets.
Supporting customers and stakeholders
- Acting as a clear, friendly point of contact for customers - particularly during the contract‑signing stage, when they often need the most guidance.
- Responding to enquiries, helping prioritise what needs attention, and escalating anything urgent.
- Working closely with internal teams such as Construction, Sales, Handover, Estimating and Marketing.
- Liaising with external stakeholders including surveyors, land developers, conveyancers and sales agents.
Adding value through coordination and admin
- Managing the ReadyBuilt team inboxes, staying on top of requests, and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
- Keeping workflows running smoothly by anticipating needs, resolving small issues before they escalate, and identifying opportunities to improve processes.
No two days will look the same - but you’ll always know you’ve made someone’s day easier.
About you
You’re the kind of person who loves being the steady hand behind the scenes. You’re organised, intuitive, and you know how to build rapport with just about anyone.
You’ll thrive here if:
- You’ve worked in an admin role where accuracy and communication matter.
- You enjoy supporting customers and feel confident writing clear, professional emails.
- You’re proficient in Mircrosoft Office applications (specifically Word, Excel & Outlook), and you’re happy learning new systems
- You’re proactive - the type who likes to sort things out before they become issues.
- You’re great at juggling tasks, staying focused and keeping things moving.
It’s a bonus (but not essential) if you’ve worked in construction, property or council - or if you’ve seen how a new home build comes together. Most importantly, you bring the right attitude and a willingness to learn.
Why you’ll enjoy working with us
- You’ll make a real impact. Your work directly helps families into their new homes - and that’s something to feel proud of.
- You’ll feel supported. Our team is welcoming, collaborative, and always ready to help you succeed.
- You’ll have stability. With Sumitomo Forestry’s global backing, we’re built for the long haul.
- You’ll grow. Henley has a strong track record of developing people, and this role offers great pathways into customer service, coordination, sales support and more.
