Home Assurance Coordinator

About You:

You enjoy playing an integral part in our customer's new home journey and the company's new home builds. You look forward to working within a collaborative and inclusive team, bringing a positive and motivated attitude to each day. You don’t shy away from helping others, working autonomously, and having a proactive approach when communicating with customers.

You also have:

• Strong customer service and administration experience
• Excellent organisation and time management skills
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Confidence in coordinating job allocations and multi-tasking

About the Role:

The building journey can be an emotional one, but our focus is delivering the highest level of customer service which supports our customers. You will be coordinating Quality Inspections during the building process, through to our customers' new home 12-month post completion and structural warranty inspections.
