Warranties & Maintenance Coordinator

We are excited to be looking for a Warranties & Maintenance Coordinator aka Home Assurance Coordinator to join our dedicated team. No matter your experience level we will train you!

About You:

Within this dynamic and fast-paced position, you will be challenged everyday needing to communicate and interact well with customers and internal team members, while also managing your time, working efficiently to support the overall team. Being cool, calm and collected with problem solving and juggling multiple tasks will really benefit you!

About the Role:

The building journey can be an emotional one, but our focus is delivering the highest level of customer service which supports our customers. This role has many different aspects to it. You will be coordinating quality inspections during the building process, through to our customers' new home 12-month post completion and structural warranty inspections.
