We’re looking for a passionate Digital Marketing Coordinator to lead and support a range of exciting initiatives - from executing paid social media campaigns to CRM and marketing automation. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love collaborating with internal teams and external partners, this is the role for you. 

What You’ll Be Doing: 

  • Develop, launch, and optimise paid social campaigns (META) with a focus on performance and ROI. 
  • Collaborate with third-party agencies and internal stakeholders to execute digital campaigns across multiple channels. 
  • Keep our digital platforms fresh and engaging, ensuring content is up-to-date and aligned with brand strategy. 
  • Provide insightful reporting and analysis on campaign performance and digital activity. 
  • Work within our CRM platform for data analysis, audience segmentation and sending email campaigns. 
  • Support broader marketing and product projects, contributing your expertise to drive success. 

What You’ll Bring: 

  • A degree in Business or Marketing (or a related field), plus 2+ years of experience in a similar digital marketing role. 
  • Proven experience running end-to-end META paid ad campaigns, including reporting . 
  • Solid understanding of SEM, PPC, Programmatic, Pmax, and a working knowledge of SEO
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics 
  • Familiarity with CMS and CRM platforms will be highly regarded. 
  • A proactive mindset and a customer-first attitude. 
  • Strong communication skills, creative thinking, and a knack for solving problems. 
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
