An opportunity has become available for an experienced Sales Consultant to join our Completed Homes team. This is a tightly held role within a high performing division, suited to someone who thrives in a customer led environment and wants to focus on selling quality homes without the pressure of listing.

About the role
This is not a traditional agency role. You will focus solely on selling Henley’s Completed Homes, supported by established systems, strong brand recognition and a steady pipeline of product in the Northern & Western Suburbs.
You will work closely with customers from enquiry through to sale, delivering a seamless and professional experience at every stage. Success in this role comes from consistency, follow up and genuine care for the customer journey.
This is a commission based role and responsibilities include:
- Consulting with customers to understand their needs and match them to suitable completed homes
- Providing clear, accurate and compliant information throughout the sales process
- Proactively managing leads, follow ups and database activity
- Conducting open homes and private inspections
- Delivering a high standard of service aligned to Henley’s sales procedures
- Working collaboratively with internal teams to support smooth outcomes
- Contributing positively to team culture, capability and performance
What you will bring
Essential requirements
- Real Estate Agent’s Representative Certificate
- Real Estate Licence preferred
- Construction Induction White Card
- Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- Strong working knowledge of CRM and general IT systems
- Availability to work weekends
- Proven, extensive experience in residential real estate sales

- Confident, clear communication with a broad customer base
- Excellent organisation, time management and attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently while contributing to team goals
