We are seeking an experienced BDM / Channel Sales Manager to work across key growth corridors in the North, West & East regions. This role is suited to a proactive, commercially minded individual who understands their customer and takes ownership of their results.
You will be empowered to manage your own pipeline and leverage your existing relationships. You'll represent the Henley brand with professionalism and integrity. Success in this role is driven by consistency, market insight, and the ability to build meaningful, trust-based customer relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end sales process across property and land transactions
- Proactively generate, qualify and nurture new leads
- Establish and grow relationships with brokers, agents and referral partners
- Identify customer needs and tailor solutions to deliver strong outcomes
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Maintain a disciplined approach to pipeline management and activity levels
About you
- You're ready to hit the ground running with your existing network of third party agents, investors and SMSF clients
- Exposure to, or established networks within, wholesale channels and/or investor-focused sales models
- Existing partnerships within local community groups and a strong referral networks
- Background in building or exposure to the residential construction industry
- Confident operating across multiple regions, with flexibility to support broader market activity
- Professional communicator with a considered, relationship-led approach to sales

Mandatory requirements (The Fine Print)
- Real Estate Agent’s Representative Certificate
- Real Estate Licence (preferred)
- Construction Induction (White Card)
- Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- Strong working knowledge of CRM systems and general IT platforms
- Availability to work weekends
- Demonstrated capability within residential real estate sales environments
