About You
We are specifically interested in your experience within residential construction/project homes. You will have a keen eye for detail, a highly organised approach to your work, and commitment to your professional development. You enjoy working towards achieving team goals and take pride in your work. You have strong technical knowledge and have worked with local codes.
About the Role
As a Draftsperson, you will be responsible for the accurate preparation of ArchiCAD drawings. This role plays a key part in our customers’ home-building journeys and interacts with multiple internal stakeholders and project consultants, meaning this role will expose you to endless learning opportunities across the lifecycle of construction and how our new products come to life.
We would like to hear from you if you:
- Have experience working with a volume builder in a residential home construction environment.
- Are experienced in documentation of residential homes inclusive of floor plans, elevations, internals and construction details.
- Have a fluent understanding of the related construction practices, including knowledge of all current codes and regulations.
- Are proficient in ArchiCAD.
- Hold an Advanced Diploma of Building Design (Architectural) or equivalent.
- Have a minimum of 3-5 years relevant experience.
- Can prioritise tasks and manage time effectively with patience and persistence.
- Are a clear and confident communicator who can work to deadlines and maintain a high level of accuracy and detail.
