Hay St Market - Bartenders

Do you thrive behind the bar and take pride in delivering great service? We are looking for experienced Casual Bartenders to join the team at Hay St Market, working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment where quality drinks, efficiency and customer experience are front of mind.

What are your responsibilities:

• Craft quality cocktails, pour perfect pints and keep standards high every shift
• Deliver standout customer service with confidence, personality and genuine hospitality
• Maintain a clean, stocked and well-prepped bar
• Operate POS systems and manage cash/card payments responsibly
• Monitor responsible service of alcohol and maintain a safe environment for guests and team members

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum 2 years experience working behind the bar
• Confident with cocktails, tap beer and working in a fast paced environment
• Great customer service skills and strong communication
• Team player who thrives in a busy, buzzing environment
• Responsible Service of Alcohol card is essential
