What are your responsibilities

• Work across our various outlets including our breakfast cafe, production kitchen and western outlets
• Deliver high-quality breakfast favourites including gourmet breakfast burgers and fluffy, made-to-order pancakes with consistency and flair
• Prepare and present dishes to recipe standards while showcasing strong attention to detail
• Maintain exceptional food safety, cleanliness and kitchen organisation standards

What we are looking for:

• Experience working as Breakfast Chef or with western cuisine
• A passion for food, flavour and creativity
• Experience in a busy, fast-paced kitchen
• A positive team player with great communication skills
• Strong time management and attention to detail
• A love for quality ingredients and the craft of cooking
