What are your responsibilities:
- Work in various outlets within a busy environment
- Deliver standout customer service with confidence, personality and genuine hospitality
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation – keep tables, service areas and dining spaces clean and tidy
- Follow safety and hygiene standards – comply with food handling, health and safety regulations at all times.
- Operate POS systems and manage cash/card payments responsibly
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality, retail or food and beverage service
- Great customer service skills and strong communication skills
- A team player who enjoys a busy and dynamic work place
- Responsible Service of Alcohol card is essential
- Available to work casual shifts between Wednesday – Sunday including evening shifts
