What are your responsibilities:

  • Prepare and assist in cooking Asian dishes to a high standard, following recipes and chef instructions.
  • Support senior chefs with daily kitchen operations and service prep.
  • Maintain food quality, consistency and presentation.
  • Ensure cleanliness, food safety and hygiene standards are met at all times.
  • Assist with stock rotation and basic inventory control.
  • Work collaboratively in a fast-paced, professional kitchen environment.

What we are looking for:

  • Passion for food and flair for creativity.
  • Previous experience working in Asian cuisine is essentia.l
  • Experience in a busy kitchen environment.
  • A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy setting.
  • Excellent communication skills and presentation.
  • A love for quality ingredients and the craft of cooking.
