Haymes Paint has experienced extraordinary and unprecedented strategic and emergent growth since 2019. We are about to transform our supply chain systems and need a strong We are about to transform our supply chain systems and need a strong Project Lead/Analyst to lead and support projects that enhance business systems, streamline processes, and enable data-driven decision-making. This position is an integral part of the team to lead projects, capture business process, collect requirements, and communicate effectively to take senior leadership through the journey.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Lead and manage the project delivery of projects across the business.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, develop business cases, and secure funding.
- Responsible for monitoring, tracking and recording day-to-day project progress.
- Analyse and document business requirements, including process mapping, data modelling, and reporting needs.
- Coordinate project teams and ensure timely, on-budget delivery.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement in systems and processes.
About You:
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management and business analysis.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proficiency in technical tools and frameworks, with a keen interest in emerging technologies.
- A collaborative mindset and commitment to safety, customer focus, and high-performance teamwork.
- Experience leading supply chain, logistics, or distribution projects would be highly regarded.
