Will you be Haymes Paints new addition to their IT team? A new ongoing Business Analyst/Project Coordinator role has been created due to the exciting changes and developments that are happening at Haymes Paint.

You will partner with the business and IT teams to uncover requirements, shape solutions and keep projects on track. You'll coordinate delivery activities, maintain core project artefacts and support governance forums. You'll also play a key role in UAT, vendor engagement and continuous improvement, helping initiatives progress smoothly across the business.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Elicit and document business requirements
  • Translate needs into functional specs, user stories and process maps
  • Support solution design and vendor engagement
  • Plan and coordinate UAT, including defect tracking
  • Maintain project plans, RAID logs and status reporting
  • Coordinate governance, workshops, communications and change control


About you:

  • Experience as a Business Analyst and/or Project Coordinator
  • Strong requirements, documententaion and process-mapping capability
  • Exposure to full project delivery lifecycle
  • Skilled with Kira, Confluence, Sharepoint or similar tools
  • Tertiary qualification in business, IT or related field
  • Strong technical and business acumen
  • Passionate about achieving outcomes and working autonomously as well as in a team.
