About the role:
Haymes Paint is growing and seeking a dynamic People & Culture Advisor who is passionate about continuous growth and development and thinking outside of the square. Join Haymes Paint in an exciting time of growth and possibility where you can make a lasting impact in a true generalist People & Culture position. You will advise on People & Culture policies, drive the implementation of various initiatives and support leaders to embed people practices that align with our strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations and case management
- Work within frameworks for recruitment, performance and career planning
- Analyse People & Culture data to generate insights that drive engagement and performance
- Build strong internal relationships and support policy implementation
- Contribute to People & Culture projects and maintain an active focus on delivering learning and development initiatives, including planning, stakeholder collaboration, and rollout.
About you:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in People & Culture or related field
- Strong communication, analytical and coaching skills
- Proven capability to manage complexities and maintain accountability for decisions and delivery
- Genuine enthusiasm for developing people, strengthening culture, and enhancing how we work
- Excellent stakeholder engagement
