Haymes Paint is passionate not only about Paint, but our delivery of quality service to our customers. So, we are growing our team to include an exciting Service & Sales Support Coordinator position that is fully remote working to join our Sales team. As the successful applicant for this role, you will play a key part in supporting Haymes Paint customers.

Some of your daily responsibilities will include processing orders, making inbound and outbound calls (including cold calls), managing customer enquiries and complaints, assisting the sales and marketing teams and maintaining a small low-touch territory through regular cyclic follow-ups.


 Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales team and customers by providing advanced product and service information
  • Resolve customer queries and complaints, escalating as necessary
  • Record and process customer orders
  • Identify buying behaviours or needs offering a range of solutions including upselling and cross-selling
  • Identify potential customers through obtaining information, referrals and recommendations from existing customers
  • Make calls to allocated customers to maintain and strengthen existing relationships, identify future sales opportunities while acting as the first point of contact for queries or complaints.


About you

  • Ability to develop and maintain excellent process or technical skills
  • Build strong customer relationships and deliver customer centric solutions
  • Eagerness to take on new opportunities and challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy and enthusiasm
  • Experience in CX sales or similar CRM
  • Ability to manage and resolve customer grievances and complaints
  • Demonstrates clear and effective communication skills
  • Ability to recognise sales opportunities during service interactions and enhance overall customer experience
  • Background in outbound sales is desirable but not essential
