Reporting to the General Manager, Shopping Centres, the Office Buildings & Claremont Quarter Portfolio Manager will be responsible for the asset management and property oversight of the Office Building and Claremont Quarter Portfolio.

Core Responsibilies Include

  • Financial Management - accountable for short and long term forecasts of each portfolio / asset’s performance.
  • Marketing and Brand Impact - responsible for developing and implementing initiatives to meet KPIs in the short and medium term.
  • Leasing - responsible for driving deal flow and monitoring progress against budget and forecasts.
  • CAPEX - responsible for developing long term CAPEX plans, seeking approvals and monitoring progress.
  • Property Management - responsible for delivery of high standard day-to-day portfolio property management.
  • Networking - develop Profound Partnerships with tenants and stakeholders.
  • JV Management - work with the Brookfield and QIC teams to deliver compliant services.
  • Team - provide strong leadership and effective management to create high performing portfolio teams. Provide support to the GM in his day-to-day activities as needed.
  • Systems - identify and drive improvements to existing systems.
  • Compliance - meet all legislative and Hawaiian requirements (e.g OH&S, EEO, Environmental) and mitigate all legal, operational and safety risks in a proactive manner.

Qualification Requirements

  • Minimum 15 years’ experience in retail property.
  • Related experience in Financial Accounting desirable, particularly evaluation, systems and reporting processes.
  • Highly proficient in the use of computers and able to quickly learn new systems with training.
