An outstanding opportunity has arisen within our Claremont Quarter team to undertake the role of Marketing Executive on a 12 Month full-time contract with the possibility of extension and / or permanency.

The Marketing Executive will report to the Marketing Manager, Claremont Quarter and will assist in managing the Claremont Quarter marketing objectives in accordance with the business plans and in line with Hawaiian’s policies and procedures.

Essential Duties

  • Assist with the development of collateral for campaigns as per the Marketing Plan.
  • Assist with the execution of promotions and activations for the centre.
  • Source and manage retailer content for social and digital channels.
  • Understanding of CMS platforms to manage website, EDM’s and social media content.
  • Assist with SEO strategies and keywords for the website.
  • Report monthly on marketing activities and digital analytics.
  • Understand centre sales and traffic to assist with Claremont Quarter and Hawaiian quarterly reports.
  • Assist the Marketing Manager to develop and maintain brand guidelines and communications.
  • Perform adhoc tasks as directed to assist the Centre Management team. 

Qualification Requirements

  • At least 1-year experience or 3-years of study in public relations, marketing and communications.
  • Strong understanding of digital and social media marketing platforms and basic functionality.
  • Intermediate understanding and use of Adobe Suite and Canva for editing and creation of collateral and digital content.
  • Introductory understanding of Facebook/Instagram for Business and advertising.
  • Strong copywriting skills across print and digital media formats.

  • Well-developed planning and organisation skills including the ability to effectively prioritise and manage multiple deadlines whilst delivering accurate and quality work.

  • Strong sense of design and branding to allow a clear understanding and development of ‘on-brand’ content.
  • Demonstrate initiative with the ability to exercise judgment and resolve issues independently.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain productive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
