This role is being offered as a 12 Month full-time contract.

Reporting to the Business Improvement Manager, your role as Property Revenue Administrator is to maintain strong accuracy of the Yardi system and databases while providing business level support to ensure processes are completed in accordance with our requirements.

You responsibilities will include but extend beyond:

  • Maintain & action changes to Lease data - accurate load of Lease changes for New Leases, Renewals, Extension and Variations and Lease Assignments.
  • Maintain & action changes to Property data, including amendments properties, buildings, floors and units, property contacts and other property data and attachments.
  • Maintain accuracy of other lease information, including Bank Guarantees, Percentage Rent & Lease Options and attachments.
  • Complete all system process relating to completion of monthly standard charges, rent reviews, ad hoc charges, related to or contributing to sending tenant invoices and adjustments,
  • Management of property tenant recoveries, outgoings budget and audit processes within the Yardi system. 
  • Upload ETL file for ad hoc charges as a part of monthly tenant invoicing.
  • Merge All batch files and generate check file for Hawaiian team to review. 
  • Maintain Recoveries platform in Yardi.
  • Diagnose and resolution of Yardi technical issues and faults reported by the Hawaiian team.
  • Log and track support tickets raised with Yardi and ensure timely appropriate resolution.
  • Test critical system processes after Yardi system updates and report any bugs / issues identified for resolution.

 About you

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in the property industry
  • Experience using and knowledge of, Yardi including Voyager 7 & 8 (Elevate) platforms or similar will be highly advantageous.
  • Financial reporting and/or debtor control experience.
  • Strong Microsoft Office experience with the ability to quickly learn new systems with training.
  • Knowledge of the Commercial Tenancy (Retail Shops) Act desirable.
