Reporting to the Portfolio Valuation Manager, your role as Business Analyst is to provide accurate financial and analytical support to the Business in the management of a diversified portfolio of retail and commercial properties.

You responsibilities will include but extend beyond:

  • Complete lease analysis for proposed new leases and lease renewals.
  • Maintenance of leasing budgets and database.
  • Collation and analysis of relevant market research and data.
  • Preparation of investment feasibility and cashflow analysis.
  • Assist in the preparation of the Quarterly Reporting and Strategic Asset Planning.
  • Assist in coordination of external valuations and preparation/ maintenance of internal valuation models.
  • Analysis to optimise property valuations including historical and forecast return benchmarking.
  • Work closely with relevant managers to ensure accurate, timely and reconciled reports.

 About you

  • 2+ years industry experience, including exposure to property valuation.
  • Highly proficient in the use of computers and able to quickly learn new systems with training.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Forbury modelling experience is highly desired
