Reporting to the General Manager, Leasing, your role as Shopping Centre Leasing Assistant will be to support our leasing team by providing support across retailer engagement, lease administration, tenant renewals and casual mall leasing.
This role is being offered as a 12 month full-time contract with the possibility of extension and/or permanency.
Your responsibilities will include:
Leasing Support
- Prepare Letters of Offer per the Leasing Executive (LE) instructions.
- Prepare Lease Analysis templates and draft deal approval submissions as per LE instructions.
- Attend to tenant queries, as required.
- Attend regular meetings with Leasing / Asset team / Property Managers as required.
- Ongoing management of marketing collateral such as brochures, realestate.com.au and external (Leased and For Lease) signage in shopfronts.
- Assist in the preparation of business reporting requirements such as Board Reports, Quarterly Reports and other reports as required.
Lease Administration
- Assist Property Lawyer in company searches, storage licenses and Tenant follow ups as required.
- Assist with follow up signed Disclosure Statements, Bank guarantees’, insurances and fees as required.
- Assist with the management & coordination of all survey requests.
- Assist with issuing purchase orders and processing of all invoices for legal/surveys/tenancy plans as instructed.
About you
- Relevant tertiary qualification or a minimum 2 years' experience in and administrative or team coordinator role.
- Strong Microsoft Office experience with the ability to quickly learn new systems with training.
- Exposure to the real estate industry is highly regarded.
