This role is being offered as permanent full-time based in Perth WA.
Based in Hawaiians Perth office, you will report to the General Manager, Cable Beach Club Resort & Spa. Your role as Marketing Manager, Cable Beach Club Resort & Spa, will be to develop and execute a business development and marketing strategy, in collaboration with the CBCRS site based team, to exceed revenue and occupancy, while championing the CBCRS brand and guest experience.
You responsibilities will include but extend beyond:
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively seek and develop opportunities within the business and tourism communities both in WA and the East Coast to meet CBCRS revenue targets, as directed by General Manager CBCRS.
- Develop and execute an annual marketing plan to maximise revenue, occupancy and guest experience in consultation GM CBCRS and Sales Manager CBCRS.
- Manage the CBCRS style guide and ensure all communications adhere to the guide.
- Ensure all CBCRS collateral adheres to brand standards.
- Manage advertising campaigns in collaboration with external agencies and partners.
Events & Promotions
- Support the CBCRS events teams in the delivery of events, including brand, collateral and guest experiences.
- Liaise with on-site team to develop local marketing strategy for on-site initiatives.
- Host events & promotional activities in the consumer market & Broome.
Leadership
- Build and develop relationships with local Tourism bodies and industry.
- Manage, mentor and support the Marketing Executive.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and innovation, sharing insights with the team.
- Ensure high-quality work standards and identify areas for skill development.
About you
- Qualifications in digital media, marketing strategy or communications, with at least 5 years' experience in the tourism or hospitality industry in a marketing capacity.
- Marketing experience in the hospitality industry, preferably across resorts or hotels with the ability to host large scale events.
- Knowledge of and experience within tourism, events and hospitality.
- Experience and ability to host large scale events with stakeholders aligned to the Resort brand.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of and experience in digital marketing, and campaign development.
- Willingness to travel to the resort and interstate.
