Join our Services Division as a Test and Tag Technician and play a key role in ensuring electrical safety compliance across diverse commercial environments. You’ll work with industry-leading technology, collaborate with a supportive team, and deliver exceptional customer service.
Please note: Some regional travel within Victoria will be required as part of this role.

What You’ll Do
- Conduct electrical safety testing and tagging using Wavecom Portable Appliance Testers (PAT) and barcode/RFID tagging systems.
- Perform visual inspections and electrical tests in compliance with AS/NZS 3760 standards.
- Maintain accurate records using digital compliance platforms for real-time reporting.
- Identify and report electrical hazards or non-compliant equipment promptly.
- Communicate clearly with clients, providing safety advice and building strong relationships.
- Work collaboratively within a team and support Service & Maintenance Managers as needed.
- Be punctual and reliable for scheduled jobs and maintain full engagement during work hours.
What we’re looking for
- Test and Tag certification and knowledge of AS/NZS 3760.
- Strong customer-facing skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- High level of reliability and professionalism—punctuality and consistent attendance are essential.
- Excellent time management and ability to meet KPIs.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transport.
- White Card and current Working with Children Check (WWCC).
- Experience with Wavecom PAT testers, barcode/RFID tagging, and digital reporting tools is desired but not mandatory.
- Previous experience in healthcare or commercial environments is a bonus.
