We're looking for a passionate, personable and driven pre-construction coordinator to join our Sales & Estimating team. Reporting to the Pre-construction Manager you will take responsibility for preparing programs and methodologies for tender submissions/EOI's/capability statements and ECI's. This is a unique role within Harris HMC that would will be able to mold into your own. The role will include;

• Preparing programs and methodologies for tender submissions/EOI’s/capability statements and ECI’s
• Client engagement and problem-solving
• Liase with clients, consultants, councils and relevant authorities to obtain appropriate approvals and certifications 
• Provide Administrative support to the sales and estimating teams
• Coordinating & obtaining various planning matter requirements
• Attend weekly meetings to ensure workflow are being adhered to
• Support estimating team in identifying and managing risks and opportunities in tendering
• Assist Estimating department in our submissions and negotiation process
• Adhering to the RFT documentation in a timely manner to ensure deadlines are met.

What we’re looking for

• Someone with experience within a Building & Construction environment
• Understanding of staging and council restrictions and regulations
• Understanding of durations of each task in the project cycle
• Strong competence in Microsoft Projects
• Strong competence in vector graphics software's
• AutoCAD knowledge desirable
• Strong relationship building skills
