• Drive the seamless operations of our dynamic store, ensuring it runs like clockwork.
• Strategically manage inventory to always keep our shelves stocked with fresh, appealing products.
• Optimise staff scheduling to ensure a lively, efficient customer service experience.
• Uphold and enhance store procedures to boost efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with suppliers to maintain a continuous supply of the freshest products.
• Maintain rigorous standards of health and safety to guarantee a clean and inviting shopping environment.
• Handle payroll responsibilities, ensuring all staff are compensated accurately and on time.
• Oversee administrative tasks, maintaining order and efficiency behind the scenes.

Requirements:

• Well suited position for someone who has experience working in a senior supervisory position within food retail or administrative role within this field.
• Exceptional organisational skills and a knack for effective leadership.
• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate clearly and collaborate effectively.
• Tech-savvy, with proficiency in MS Office and other operational software.
• Experience processing payroll and entering rosters.
• Capable of juggling multiple tasks with a sharp eye for detail.
