Full Time Shop Assistant

 This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about farm fresh foods, enjoys hands-on work, and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service.

About the Role

Working as a Shop Assistant across our store departments, you will be responsible for:

• Filling, rotating, and maintaining high-quality fresh displays
• Ensuring stock is good quality, appealing, and rotated correctly (FIFO)
• Providing knowledgeable, friendly on-the-floor customer service
• Maintaining cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene standards
• Assisting with deliveries and keeping the Back of House organised
• Supporting the wider team to ensure smooth daily operations

About You

• Previous experience in Fruit & Veg or supermarket retail preferred
• A strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
• A team player with a positive attitude
• Forklift licence a bonus
• Flexible availability across a 7-day roster AM & PM shifts
