Ready to build online shopping for a business people genuinely love?
Our ecommerce channels are where thousands of customers discover Harris Farm each week. This role puts you in charge of that experience, optimizing our platforms, solving operational problems before they hit customers, and leading a small team doing exactly the same. You'll own the full picture: product data, order fulfillment, performance metrics, inventory accuracy, and the development of the person supporting you.
What You'll Do
- Manage product data across our ecommerce channels: catalogs, pricing, promotions, and listings, keeping everything accurate, on-brand, and performing
- Monitor order fulfillment end-to-end: track processing, spot delays, escalate issues to our warehouse team quickly
- Own customer issues and refunds: work with our support and fulfillment teams to resolve payment errors, delivery problems, and returns fairly and on time
- Ensure inventory accuracy across platforms and warehouse systems; identify and resolve reconciliation issues before they become customer disappointments
- Track and report on channel performance: conversion rates, traffic, AOV, customer acquisition cost, translate data into actionable insights for leadership
- Develop customer retention initiatives with your manager; understand repeat purchase patterns and churn drivers
- Lead and develop your eCommerce & Marketing Coordinator: delegate appropriately, provide coaching and feedback, build their capability over time
- Set clear expectations and priorities; support your team's learning and create an environment where they handle routine work independently
What You'll bring
- 2+ years hands-on ecommerce or digital trading experience managing one or more online channels
- Strong understanding of ecommerce fundamentals: product data management, pricing strategy, promotional mechanics, and channel economics
- Demonstrable experience with ecommerce platforms and comfortable managing product data across multiple channels
- Able to analyze ecommerce metrics (conversion rate, AOV, traffic, customer behaviour) and translate them into decisions
- Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office for reporting, analysis, and data manipulation
- Independent operator: comfortable owning channels end-to-end without constant direction
- Detail-oriented: you catch errors in product data, pricing, and fulfillment before customers do
- Strong communication skills: you explain channel performance clearly to non-technical leaders and guide your team with clarity
- Background in ecommerce operations, trading, merchandising, or performance marketing is a strong advantage
