Full Time Shop Assistant - Flowers Specialty - Erina

We are currently looking for the next Harris Farmer to join the team in our Beautiful store in Erina!

Do you have experience in flowers? Specifically:

• Wrapping and displaying flowers and plants;
• Quality checking flowers;
• Wrapping bouquets according to customer requests;
• Recommending combinations of flowers to customers.  Allowing you passion for flowers to show to customers and team members alike!

Across all of these roles, you will be responsible for:

• Providing excellent customer service and address needs of customers
• Surprising and delighting customers with consistent quality
• Ensuring appealing displays are on show (keeping cases and shelves clean and well stocked),
• Maintaining accurate department signage and pricing,
• Potentially coordinating a team of fellow Harris Farmers,
• Stocking and cleaning the department
• Maintaining back stock in good order,
• Maintaining a safe, clean and well-organised working and shopping environment,
• Following and complying with all applicable health and safety procedures,
• Assisting in store where required.
