You know that feeling when you walk into a Harris Farm and someone just gets it right — the register's fast, the display looks good enough to eat, and the person serving you actually knows their stuff? That's you. That's what you bring.

As our Head Service Supervisor, you're the spark at the front of house. You set the pace on the floor, coach the team to deliver service that makes people come back, and make sure every shift runs like clockwork — busy or not. You'll work closely with your Operations Coordinator and report to your Store Manager, and together you'll turn a quick trip to Harris Farm into someone's favourite part of the day.

What you'll be doing

• Leading the floor — jumping in at the registers, coaching Store Assistants to be faster and sharper, and being the person the team looks to and says "that's what a Harris Farmer looks like"
• Building the team — helping new Store Assistants find their feet, lifting morale, and turning newcomers into confident crew members
• Owning the customer experience — fast, friendly, accurate service every time, and turning complaints into wins on the spot
• Making displays sing — fresh, full, beautifully rotated displays that scream "more market than supermarket"
• Keeping it tight — cash reconciliation, WHS and food safety standards, and a store that's always audit-ready
